About Me:

Kundalini
The latent spiritual energy within every person, that when channeled, brings bliss in both finite and infinite forms. Kundalini Yoga is a dynamic form of yoga that helps channel this energy using sets of yogic postures (aa-san) and movements (kriyas) with meditative focus (dhi-yaan), breath work (prana-yam), and chanting (ucha-ran) of spiritual vibratory words (mantra). Trying/doing this practice is the only way to know, learn, experience and enjoy the blissful union it creates between mind, body and soul.

About being
A life long vegetarian, born to a Sikh family in India I was introduced to yoga, science of prana/apana and blessed with the divine technology of sound current gifted by the Shabad Guru, at a very tender age. I have been experiencing Kundalini consciously since 1994 but Kundalini has been practicing me since early childhood, not realizing that the kriyas/meditation/asana I was doing were channeling my Kundalini energy.

The quest on how to meditate, that started in my early school years was finally fulfilled when I met Siri Singh Sahib in 1994. I had once in life time opportunity to sit in the feet of Siri Singh Sahib, also known as Yogi Ji or Yogi Bhajan, and learn the yogic techniques of meditation, an experience an incident that people have hard time to believe.

My teachers and inspirations
The literal meaning of Sikh is to learn; one who has humbled themselves and grounded their ego to a level that they learn from everything; realizing and experiencing the infinite form of the creator through it's creation, then every action is a teacher and every act is a teaching. My first teacher is my mother. I believe the hymns she sang while cooking the food and feeding us got imprinted in every molecule of our body, my father from whom I learnt the yoga kriyas that he used to practice in the early hours of every morning and my Spiritual teacher Siri Singh Sahib Bhai Sahib Harbhajan Singh (Yogi Bhajan); meeting him and learning one-on-one from him was a life changing experience. Now every being inspires for I see the light of that infinite in them.

Academics and work
I have Masters in Computer Sciences and work for a software development/consulting company. A Senior Systems Analyst/Developer with over 10 years of experience in designing innovative systems to help companies manage their resources, provide information systems to help them make informed decisions, optimizing processes to increasing productivity and achieve high levels of quality. Apart from being a computer professional during the day I teach and share my Kundalini experience with others.

Balance
Working as a computer professional is hectic but Kundalini yoga practice has brought/created a perfect balance between finite and infinite aspects of my life. It has given me the opportunity to relax, connect within and create a sacred meditative space that manifests itself all around, bringing compassion and patience.

Share and spread the light
It is a true blessing to have been brought-up in such a divine family and learning from my teachers. In gratitude and to honor such a divine gift I want to share and serve with the experience and the knowledge I have, and let the light flow in hope and humble attempt to help beings get in touch with their inner infinite self, unlocking their inner potential to be and experience Healthy, Happy and Holy life, and to understand and realize the fact that we are spiritual beings having a physical experience so that they can see this world from a spiritually elevated state of mind.

It's not the life that matters-It's the courage you bring to it.

If you cannot see God in all… you cannot see God at all.
